How do I update my personal information, credit card, or cancel my trail or paid subscription?
If you need to verify or change your contact, payment or account information, please follow the following steps.
  1. Go to Addomail.com
  2. Click on the Member Portal Login button at the top of the page.
  3. Log into the AddoMail Member Portal using your username and password when you created your AddoMail account.
  4. Click on Manage Subscriptions.
  5. Log in with your recovery email address.
  6. Use the password sent to your recovery email address to access the secure information. From here you can update all of your account(s) information.
If you just want to cancel your trial or paid subscription.
  1. Go to Addomail.com
  2. Click on the Member Portal Login button at the top of the page.
  3. Log into the AddoMail Member Portal using your username and password when you created your AddoMail account.
  4. Use the action button next to the email account you want to work with. Now select "Cancel Subscription".
  5. Confirm that you want to proceed with the cancellation *
* Note - You will not be able to re-activate your subscription once the term of your subscription has passed, however if you change your mind, you can re-activate any time before your subscription expires.
